"Business Days" refers to Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. In some cases, merchandise may ship earlier than the times listed above.

"Out Of Stock" refers to items that are not in stock. If the item you ordered is out of stock you will be notified via email or phone. All out of stock orders take 14-28 days to be delivered.

Please note: For Lingerie purchases please allow for up to 16 business days for delivery.

RETURNS

The products you have just received are fully guaranteed by Ignite The Passion.

You may view the product and test the product functions correctly. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it for a replacement. Any product returned in a damaged condition or that has been used will be sent back with no refund payable. This return policy is in place to protect others in accordance with Health Regulations.
